    Advertising Options
The Oak Highlands and Deer Valley Homeowners Associations have created an exciting advertising opportunity in our quarterly newsletter. Our community consists of over 400 homes located off of Blue Hole Road and Pettus Road in Cane Ridge. In addition to the second- and third-tier homes in our neighborhoods, our quarterly newsletter is distributed to community leaders, organizations, and clubs. We also have online advertising options available. Residents of Deer Valley & Oak Highlands will receive a 10% discount!

Deer Valley Annual Dues & Transfer Fees
Important information about Deer Valley Homeowners' Association Dues and home sale transfer fees. Deer Valley homeowner dues will increase to $175.00 effective January 1, 2008. The Deer Valley Transfer fee, which applies to new and used home sales was increased to $50.00 effective immediately.

We are now officially residents of Cane Ridge!
Mail to our residences (and our return address labels) can now be addressed to Cane Ridge, instead of Antioch, if you choose. The 37013 zip code will remain the same and will apply to both Antioch and Cane Ridge. This change should eventually have a positive effect on our property values estimated anywhere from 5 to 10%!
