Congratulations goes to Veatrice Storey at 1105 Streamdale Pt E for being the January 2022 Yard of the Month. This home was chosen because of the thick, green, nicely edged grass, the beautifully trimmed bushes and neat, nice appearance. This yard proves that great grass and a nice looking yard can be achieved all year round, even immediately after a blizzard. All these factors combined made this the January 2022 Yard of the Month!Read More...

Currently the Oak Highlands restrictive covenants are slightly different than the Deer Valley covenants. A revision was needed in order to have continuity within the community and bring the covenants up to current standards. The changes were made based on input and feedback from homeowners and attorneys, along with more modern wording and a clear table of contents. Homeowners are invited and encouraged to review the Draft of the NEW Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Oak Highlands/Deer Valley. Please read the full article for more information and the link to the Draft.Read More...
