For those following the 14656 Old Hickory BLVD property rezoning bills (BL2022-1061 & BL2022-1062), Councilman Rutherford deferred this legislation until July (there is no Public Hearing in June due to the Budget process). Hopefully in that time the development team will further engage the community. The Oak Highlands/Deer Valley Homeowners' Association has initiated a Neighborhood Watch Program. This program is a network of interested friends and neighbors looking out for each other. We are neighbors helping neighbors. We are registered with Nashville Metro Police and sanctioned by the OH/DV Homowners' Association Board of Directors.
