This was the HUGE, advertised event that would have brought out plenty of shoppers had it not been for the unprecidented flooding on May 1, 2010. Unfortunately, our Annual Garage sales on Saturday, May 1st was a "wash out" due to the flood. In spite of the heavy rains there were 14 determined homes that participated.

New garage sale signs will have to be purchased to replace those damaged by the flood. The board has scheduled the next Community Garage Sale for Saturday, April 30, 2011.

We hope you will come out and participate. Whether you sell or shop or sell and shop, it's a great time to get out and meet all our neighbors.

This big annual event will be advertised in the local papers and we will place a lot of signs to bring in the traffic!

Good Will Industries will have a large truck parked from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. near the corner of Aaron Drive & W. Oak Highland, next to the basketball & tennis courts, to accept the following items and provide you with a tax-deductible receipt for:

Gently used clothing
Vacuum Cleaners
Lamps
Fans
Coffee makers/pots
Can Openers
Microwaves ovens
Mixers, blenders
Hair dryers
Telephones
Clocks
Sewing machines
Dehumidifiers

There will be collectible Barbies, and Barbie's Castle, Barbie's Dream House, Barbie's Kitchen and LOTS of Barbie dolls and accessories.

Fine porcelain dolls, antique stamps, beautiful glass wear!

Kids and women's clothes, bicycles, toys and SO much more.

THIS IS AN ANNUAL RAIN OR SHINE EVENT!!
